Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).

  • Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Standard UK Delivery: 2–5 business days

  • Express UK Delivery: 1–2 business days

  • All deliveries are tracked, and signature may be required for high-value items.

Shipping Costs

  • Free standard shipping on all orders over £50

  • Flat rate of £4.95 for orders under £50

  • Express shipping costs calculated at checkout

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • You can use this number to monitor your package until it arrives.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging.

  • For lost packages, we’ll work with the courier to locate your shipment or arrange a replacement.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier beyond our control.
